I don’t know if I’m lazy or trusting…
But I’ve always been willing to try things without doing too much research or thinking. Often times, I’ve blindly followed my Gut and it worked out pretty well. There have been many times that I didn’t followed my Gut and it turned out pretty badly for me and others. That outcome leads to regret and pain…feelings that I can do without.
When I ignore my Gut I feel like I’ve dropped the ball.
We’ve all dropped the ball, causing shame and guilt. These are both very powerful emotions that can kill your journey to Narrowing The Gap and achieving your ultimate potential. When I ignore my Gut, drop the ball, but then choose move forward wisdom and love instead of shame and guilt, I’m able to find acceptance which leads to forgiveness for myself. With this forgiveness I can pick up the ball and get back in the game.
It may sound cheesy, but you’ve got to give yourself a break… and a little love. When you make a mistake, ignore inspiration, or even defy it; the worst response to that mistake is shame, guilt, or regret.
Accept your mistake as soon as possible. Have the wisdom to give yourself a break and a little love. This is a very powerful choice. The addition of wisdom and love toward yourself and your journey produces acceptance which leads to forgiveness. After this process takes place, you’ll be able to reconnect to your Gut and move forward on your journey to Narrow The Gap.
This journey requires answers to so many questions, both big and small. You have to consistently check your connection to the source of answers and inspiration: your Gut!
If you sense that your connection is a lacking, I’ve found three things that’ll get you back on track. Learn what they are and how you can use them in Part 2 of, “Here’s how I get answers…”
At my live event on May 29 & 30, I’ll be diving into many ways you can reconnect to your Gut and find the keys to your unique potential. There’s no experience like being in a place filled with others who have the same vision that you do: a life full of potential and purpose.
Join us and others like you to get the tools and confidence to make that vision a reality.
